In collaboration with Teatro Off and the Jazz Club "Il Torrione", we want to create a journey on two dates where music and literature overlap, where the composers of the pieces presented intertwine as in no other case in the history of music.
The intimate settings of Il Torrione and Teatro Off will feature Elisabeth Brauß at the piano and Nicola Bruzzo on violin, with a program recalling events in the lives of Clara and Robert Schumann, Johannes Brahms, Albert Dietrich and Joseph Joachim.
The readings of correspondence between Robert and Clara, involvement of the audience in the historical and cultural milieu influencing compositions such as the FAE Sonata written for six hands as a gift to their mutual friend Joachim, will play an equally important role in the programme.
